Is it ok to give a 3 and 1/2 pound ferret 1/4 baby aspirin for fever?

Consult with your own vet, of course, but I would never recommend aspirin for
a ferret except under some fairly limited and bizarre situations. I have, in
the past, used Benadryl in cases of flu to help with the respiratory signs,
but generally maintaining hydration and making sure they continue eating is all
that is needed.
