Anna, don't put the cart before the horse. There are all sorts of things which can cause wieght loss or more sleeping. Let your vet do an examination and some testing first and then see where that leads, whether it is to more testing, a diagnosis, or the vet saying that things may be fine but just watch for certain signs and respond if those occur.
