Perhaps it is not bacterial. It could be fungal, or worse case some type of
cancer. With the odor, I would have it looked into more, and yes there are
far better antibiotics then Amoxi for upper resp or sinus infections,
Clavamox, baytril, etc. You need to have he diagnosos confirmed, the odor
would bother me esp considering he has already been on antibiotics for a
couple of weeks. Best of Luck.
