Subject: unknown cause, runny poops, fever, lethargy

Background: 3 weeks ago, Odysseus was nearly comatose after having a long period of loose stools. He was rushed to the ER vet, I was suspecting blockage. Barium series was run, nothing. Went to my regular vet for several days in ICU.
Blood work showed slightly elavated WBC, and a few "off" readings, but nothing major
Came home with IM Baytril for 5 days .2 cc 2 x a day and hand feeding on AD and veal baby food. Gained (from 1.2 to 1.8 lbs), but had low grade fever and dehydration. Sub Qs and continued baytril and hand feedings for 5 days.
At vet, Gained .3 lbs to 2.1, continue Baytril injections for 5 more days
Stopped Baytril on Sunday night. Was doing well, running, active, etc. Continued ot hand feed, but slowed down on the amount (5 x 2 syringes a day (35 cc) to 5 x 1 35 cc syringe a day, then 4, then 3)
Went to vet on Monday for a check up, had gained weight and was doing great.
Was eating kibble (Science Diet KD)
Odysseus was fine this morning, was hopping around this afternoon, sluggish this evening, and a few minutes ago so lethargic he couldn't/wouldn't walk
Sub-Q'd 30 cc, gave 60 cc of AD and about 4-6 cc of nutrical a few minutes ago. Called vet, was told to give Clavamox and call in morning when my vet is on if no improvement.
What the heck is going on here? Had a little girl act like he is now yesterday, she improved in about 20 hours and is much better now. Odysseus cannot afford to do this (figuratively and literally).
I am at my wits end, and a very worried mommy right now
