I would try to be sure one it is a rash and not petechia (which indicates a
bleeding disorder). Other possibilities are Mastocytosis which is bad news
or a severe skin infection. I would try pred, antibiotics, +/-
antihisatmines, and also use Oatmeal rinses to help with the itching. If
all else fails and it worsens, I would suggest a skin biopsy. Another
possible treatment trial wound be to treat with Ivermectin injections every
10 days for at least 4 treatments to see if it is a mite that can't be
found. Some have use Revolution for this but I haven't in ferrets, but you
could check the archive for dosing, use it every 2 weeks though for at least
4 doses if you do not see any imrovement after 2-3 doses then it probably is
