How much does he weigh? In order to know max dosages you need a weight to
calculate. He may be having bouts or spiking up and down and so it does not
support well. Is he on prednisone or prednisolone? Perhaps a different
form or cortisone would make a difference like dexamethasone. Often needs
relatively high doses to work and cost sometimes makes it prohibitive. Also
it does not always work in ferrets. Hope this helps a bit and let us know
the weight so we can check dosages.
