5 mg. This is the upper end of the dose and you might try to get freq down,
then work on seeing if you can get the dose tailored. It is only one change
at a time so you know what works. Hope this all is helpful and see if you
can get down to twice daily with in between food supplements instead and
this might help the body even out a bit. Good Luck!
