Hi Ulrike,
I am not a pathologist, but I can help with your pathology report.
1) CRF is short for Chronic Renal Failure. This means kidney failure
that developed over time. A common problem in older animals.
2) Adrenal hyperplasia means she had adrenal gland enlargement
and adrenal disease.
3) Liver changes may have been caused by hypertension from her
adrenal gland disease.
4) Lymph node had early signs of lymphosarcoma in it. Lymphosarcoma
is a very bad form of malignant cancer.
Yes, pred can cause fat accumulation.
