I have to strongly agree with Jamie. We tend to find money spent on pathology to among the best used of spent dollars. Guesses are a dime a dozen so obviously actually knowing is a vast improvement. Some things need follow-up and some don't. Once you know you aren't taking shots in the dark but are instead taking constructive, specifically targeted actions if they are needed, or avoiding doing so if they aren't.
