I keep three or four ferret foods (all 38% protein or higher) mixed
together in a 5 gallon bucket for my girls... and I mix in chunks of
freeze-dried meat, Nupro supplement powder, sometimes mix a little
dribble of ferretone oil into it... you can mix anything together for
your ferret's food, as long as it's healthy for them to start with,
and the more different foods they learn to eat, the better, as Kathy
mentioned!
