I agree with Mike, I would think prostatic enlargement from adrenal disease.
I would start looking for a ferret vet though because if it is he will
prob need surgery for the adrenal gland(s). If it is not possible you might
read up about Lupron and Propecia treatments for the vet but surgery is
preferred. Hope all turns out well. Also if it gets worse before you get
there Friday don't wait since he could block and go into kidney failure.
