Subject: healthy kit in trouble

I have an 8week old healthy kit with sudden onset of pulling head to the right, and very off balance. No injuries visable, temp normal, heart and lungs normal, voiding and defecating normal. Glucose normal, cbc within normal limits. x/r's negative for fractures. Mom and 3 other siblings are o.k. Been on baytril for 2 days with force feedings, no changes. Possible mid ear infection per vet or congenital defect that has progressed since birth. Anyone with any ideas as to what could be wrong with my baby boy or suggestions as to something that I or my vet may be overlooking. Please post soon as I have to make a decision soon regarding care.
