Start slow and work your way up. For cancer mega doses are needed, so you
need to find what he tolerates. I do have to ask, where the diagnosis come
from, is it he believes it is or he knows for sure? Was an MRI or CT done?
I don't think you could truly know without it and without a biopsy, but you
can have a stong index of suspicion based on experience, so I assume this is
the case. There are many holistic things that can be done too that may help
depending on how bad and far along he is. All the best/
