His red count is a bit low, but he show evidence of good regeneration with
that reticulocyte count. There is no mention of platelet numbers in this
report, which is what the diagnosis would be made on. Also was he on any
medication prior to the incident and what are the likelyhood that he was
exposed to a tick? All these things help to know. If you want to assume it
could be tick bourne then you maigh want to start him on Doxycycline, it is
an antibiotic and pretty safe so doesn't hurt. Some of the other
interpretations are difficult without the norms for the lab used. With
these numbers only we are back to anemia which would be why he is pale
however if he is bleeding somewhere because he does not have enough
platelets to plug the bleed then he would b ecome anemic. Hope this helps a

what his littlw body can do.
