This post is from another list, but she asked me to cross post as she needs all the help she can get. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
My name is Marisha and I have been a member of this group a short
while. I have 2 ferrets Weasel and Angel. I got Weasel in January and
Angel in July.
Angel is 2 1/2 years old and a dream. Weasel on the other hand, is 9
months old and an absolute terror and has been this way since I
brought him home. He bites to draw blood and attacks any and
everything in or outside his cage. He cannot be housed with any other
ferrets. He has tried to kill Angel. If I let him out of his 5' x 3'
cage he does the war dance, chatters, bites the heck out of me and
pees and poops everywhere possible.
When I try to put him in his cage, I have to chase him. When he's
caught, he squirms violently, bites, hisses, yowls and claws, when
he's in the cage, he pees and poops outside of his cleaned daily
litter pan, slings food, war dances, chatters, attacks the cage and
then digs literally for hours.
I have tried everything I know to stop his biting, but nothing
works. I am at my wits end, but refuse to surrender him. When I
bought him, I accepted responsibility for him for the remainder of
his life.
If any one can help, please let me know.
Thank you very much.
