I answered this privately, but thought I'd post here too. Essiac should be
diluted half and half from full strength with either distilled or filtered
water, then you give 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (1.25 to 2.5 ml) two to three times a
day. I have had very good luck with this dosing scheme with no side effects at
all.
Essiac should be given on an empty stomach for full effect, and should be
kept in the refrigerator at all times to maintain potency.
