There are things that can be done but you really need to see the vet. The
increase in lasix may help but only if it is due to fluid. Are the signs
you seeing due to the heart or the insulinoma? It is hard for us to know.
There are supportive supplements you can use like CoQ10. I think you need
to find out with a follow up x ray and or a blood glucose. I think most
vets can help a bit on this fromt and once you have more info perhaps we can
provide more help. As for other causes, lymphoma is possible too. Best of
