I unfortunately have been calling vets all day and no one knows anything or has an idea of someone in a 50 miles radius that does! I have tried previously when my ferret was sick to get ahold of my vet but they will not give me any emergency number. My vet is through a vet school if that cahnges anything standard procedure wise. The only person that has been willing to help before is also out of town. Just my luck. I am very frustrated. As far as a vet tech goes to care for him, that I have tried also. I ask around the vet school even for a vet student that could care for him but no one was up to the challenge. I feel like I keep hitting brick walls. I will keep trying along with changing his meds. and giving him supplements recommend to try and see if things get better!
