This bears keeping an eye on, but I think it's a little soon to be saying this is adrenal related.
I don't know, seems that would happen with my boys if you scooped 'em up right after peeing. Not to be crude, but they're ferrets and can't wipe or shake, and a dime sized spot on cloth doesn't take much.
