Subject: Urgent, not urinating, x-ray pics and blood test values, please help

Hobo, 5 years, neutered. Has difficulty walking, very weak hind legs,
getting progressively worse. Has difficulty urinating, when he does urinate,
he doesn't empty his bladder completely. Had blood test done, values below.
Has had x-rays taken, pictures here:

His left kidney looks dense on the x-ray, there may be something wrong with
his spine. Can one of the vets please have a quick look at the x-ray
pictures to let me know what could be wrong? Does the prostate look enlarged
(my vet didn't think so). Hobo has not been able to pee this morning, I'm
going to check on him now and possibly take him to the vets, I'm really
worried. My vets only have big animal vets on at weekends who are useless.
They can't even anaesthetise a ferret. Might go and find a different vet...
