Hi,

I just had the same experience with one of my little guys this past May. Do you know how to express his bladder? Just above his penis, you'll feel his bladder which feels like a grape. Try and grip it and squeeze, but not so much that it hurts him. This is imperative if you can't get to a vet because of the weekend/holiday. I'm not a vet or a vet tech and I had to do the same, it worried me but it was better than having the ferret in pain due to an expanding bladder, not to mention the kidney damage that he will experience if he can't empty the bladder on his own..

Good luck!
