S ee if you can get the supplies to administer fluids subcutaneously
(my vet gave me a bag of lactated ringers solution, a 50cc syringe,
and a handful of sterile 16ga needles)... if you're comfortable doing
that. Also get some Carafate ulcer medication for the tooth grinding
(that's a sign of internal abdominal pain).

Otherwise, try to find a vet who can do subQ fluid injections, and get
a translator to speak to German vets if you need to... First thing is
to get him rehydrated.

I had a ferret with stomach ulcers who got to the point you describe
your boy at, and the subQ fluids made a bigger difference in helping
turn him around than anything else. Once he's not so dehydrated, and
you can give him Carafate for the abdominal pain, he may start eating
more willingly again.
