Well she seemed to be doing great yesterday. I got up this morning and
she seemed really active too, but more interested in getting out of
the cage to run around than she was in eating. I packed her up to
take her in to my office, and tried to feed her when I got here....

She is clenching her teeth, completely refusing food, and bit me
(really hard!) when she tried to escape from the blanket i had her
wrapped in. Very dehydrated...

So it's back to the vets in an hour to get some fluid into her, and I
will DEFINITELY be getting a bag of subQ fluid to take home (I've done
subQ hydration at home before, so I'm already comfortable with it).

Yesterday I'd thought of asking the vet for fluid to take home with
me, "just in case," but she was doing so well. The vet said not to
worry, so I didn't think there would be a problem.

I have some already distilled water at home, and figured boiling it
would help make sure it was sterile... but if water is a no-go, I am
making sure I go home with a bag of IV solution tonight.
