i've heard about the gerber stage 1 being a good baby food for fuzzies, but when i shopped around i found another good one-it is beech nut-turkey, beef, lamb or chicken- turkey has the highest amounts of fat and protein. I prefer this kind because it only contains meat and meat juice while the gerber has cornstarch added.
