It sounds like he may have had a stroke or a vascular accident which can
cause the signs you are referring too. I don't know why he would think
adrenal disease for that, and why an abdom exploratory when what is going on
now is more likely occurring in the nervous system. Sometimes the signs
will improve slowly over time you just need to see what happens and
concentrate on finding what happened here before you consider any surgery,
don't think he would be a great surgical candidate. Good Luck.
