The vet thinks he's adrenal because there's hair thinning on the tail. He also mentioned this could be neurological or possibly meningitis. Buddy seems to have a lot going on now.

His head tilt is getting worse, his chin is nearly pointing upward, with the top of his head pointing downward, he's so twisted up. I'm so upset to see him this way. He eats his baby food very well but doesn't want his kibble or really doesn't want any water. When he has to urinate, he lays down on the floor with my assistance, can't even hold himself up for that.
