Depends on the type but Revolution every 2 weeks for 3 to 4 treatments then
once monthly should help, or Ivermectin injections every 2 weeks. The
nice thing with revolution is it gets the mange mites and fleas so you have
all bases covered. There are other treatments but these are the easiest and
safe even as a treatment trial. I still would not rule out Adrenal.
