The slow "snap back" response on her skin means she's definitely
dehydrated... taking her in to the vet for subcutaneous fluid
treatment would be a good idea to start with.

And from what I understand, any time something green comes out of a
ferret, it indicates incomplete digestion. My girl who just had
blockage surgery last week was vomiting green stuff the morning I took
her to the vet. She was completely blocked, but even a partial
blockage may require surgery if it's an indigestible substance and she
can't pass it through.

My girl was also dehydrated, needed subQ fluids before she could go
into surgery, and needed more subQ treatment for the two days
afterward (if you're comfortable giving her an injection, the vet can
show you how to do it at home, and give you the necessary equipment).
