I am taking Katie to the vet tomorrow for her monthly check. She has insulonoma and is almost nine years old. She is not considered a surgical candidate and she takes pediapred. She is slow and sleepy much of the time. She has been eating surprisingly well lately. We have increased her pred dose and that has been helping somewhat, however this past week she has begun soiling herself on a regular basis inside her sleep sack. We bathe her off and keep her areas clean. Any advice on this from anyone? Is this just a sign of further decline? Does anyone know if there is anything else we should be doing about this?
Thank you ! Lisa and Katie
