My ferret is a little over six years old now and has been sick for about a year. She had surgery the first time to remove the tumor on her adrenal gland, and when it came back she was given a shot of Lupron. It worked and increased her quality of life and gave her back her hair, but now she needs another shot. She has lost more hair now and is in need, but the shot my vet has found is $575 and I don't know if I can spend that much money on the shot. Is there any other way to obtain this drug for less money?? I'd hate to have to watch her health worsen even more because it breaks my heart. I love her dearly and want to give her every chance I can. If you know of someway to get this shot cheaper please let me know...
