JUST AN FYI: digestible oils like Ferretone do NOT speed the digestive process and do not help things move through the digestive tract. In fact, since fats including oils are hard to digest the digestive process takes longer when they are present in large amounts.
The things which speed digestion and work to help remove things like ingested fur which has yet clumped into balls too large to remove are non-digestible things so those preparations are based around petroleum jelly, mineral oil, etc. -- the same things which were used for an absolutely huge period of time for human laxatives.
