An update on Nanook. After looking at the urine under the microscope, NO crystals were found. So it looks like that is not the problem. The vets think it still might be adrenal, and they think the prostrate is constricting the uretha in that bony area which can't be seen. They gave him a shot of Lupron, in hopes that will get the swelling to go down, indeed if there is any.

This wonderful vet took him home with her tonight, so she could keep an eye on him, and empty his bladder if needed.

Now we are just waiting for him to urinate on his own.
