Subject: unknown illness/ old?PLEASE HELP URGENT

I need some help we are having a lot of trouble with Koda. He has been VERY=
sick for the last 3 days. Koda has adrenal problems both have been remove=
d but he still has symptoms they returned about a year after the last surge=
ry. I have been told it is latent tissue that can not be seen by the naked =
eye. Koda also has low blood sugar he has the surgery for this as well (ca=
n't remember how to spell the correct name right now) My vet is at a loss a=
s to what more to do for Koda. He is on so many meds right now it just brea=
k my heart. He hates to get every single one of them. He takes prednisone 3=
or more times a day, melatonin once a day bethanechol once a day (this is b=
ecause his bladder became over extended and has not been the same since) I =
was just given Metoclopramide (3x a day) syrup from the vet yesterday along=
with Baytril (2 x a day) Koda also gets dextrose solution (50%) in his wat=
er botle (just started that this week) he also gets the same solution if he=
shows signs of low blood sugar (can't walk spacing out ect..) the last thi=
ng Koda is getting is because he is missing so much fur he seems to get lit=
tle circle patter raw spots on his skin we put it on these sores to help th=
em heal the label on the bottle is C.G.B ointment 15mg I have no idea what =
this stands for but it is a big help the sores he used to get would last fo=
r weeks now their gone in a day or two. oh yea one other thing Koda takes i=
s pepto this is because in the last few days Koda has started to make a wei=
rd noise with his mouth it looks like he is chewing but it makes a very wei=
rd noise. I think he is grinding his teeth. I took him in to the vet again =
yesterday and he said he is running a small temp and his throat looks raw/r=
ed but he was not really sure what was wrong with him so he gave me the two=
new meds (baytril & Metoclopramide he was also given an injectin of each t=
o start him off at the office) Koda doesn't seem any different today he is =
still having a hard time getting around, he is not interested in his treats=
,us or the other animals int he house. he will sit with you for hours (he d=
oesn't usually do this 10 min is his top time on someones lap)I'm at a loss=
is it just time to let Koda go? he doesn't seem very happy the last 3 days=
The vet said he can't really tell me if this is a temp thing or not. he sa=
id to see how things go in the next few days. the vet also said he is at a=
loss for what else to try for Koda if this doesn't work. If any one has an=
y ideas please let me know as soon as possible I would be so thankful Oh on=
e other thing I forgot to mention I did force fee Koda two days ago because=
we thought he was not eating enough at nigth to keep his blood sugar stabl=
e The vet told me to give him AD cat food I keep a few cans around that he =
gave me for our ferrets to eat after a surgery. I hope I have not left anyt=
hing out I have been getting up every few hours to check on Koda for the la=
st few days I'm afraid I am not making myself very clear
