Subject: Looking for New Vet (was Requesting Information re: Lupron)

Well, it seems that my vet has dug in his heels on this topic and got offended by me trying to "educate" him. He outright told me that he was aggravated and offended. I was being EXCEPTIONALLY nice and tried to be cautious about how I worded things. Then he cut me short and hung up on me with a curt "goodbye". Although up to this moment has been generous, brilliant, and deeply discounted in light of my student loan status, I think I've burned this bridge.
I am seeking a ferret knowledgable vet near my home in the Tampa Bay area (North Pinellas County). Can anyone recommend one?

Side note: I've managed to get a FRESH Lupron 4 month depot for Nibbles in a round-about way, and will be receiving it by Saturday, complete with syringe & alcohol swabs. I will have to administer it myself. I have someone who will walk me through the procedure over the phone. To anyone with concerns regarding shelf life, the Lupron will be mixed by my "Lupron Connection" and overnighted to me with a freezer pack in the box. I hate the way this has turned out.
