Ya know, it's so funny that you said that about the dosage. I made the same comment to my vet this afternoon when we talked about dosage. I was saying in comparison to a 2lb ferret I can't imagine how bad pred could tear up their little tummies cause humans take less doses sometimes!! She said the good thing about animals is they have faster metabolisms. She was saying that most meds even like benadryl certain animals take higher doses than what humans take.
