Yes anorexiaa can cause elevation, as can concurrent disease and pred use.
However I ofter use pred when the numbers are this high. Also numbers can
be affeted by sampling techiques, hemolysis and lipemai as well. I have
also seen this go way up with adrenal disease. Good Luck.
