Was the sodium/potassium ratio checked?

Did both adrenals come out or one? Is there a chance that the remaining one was atrophied (a problem we have encountered)?

In such situations the ferret may need Fludrocort/Florinef and Prednisolone, or Percortin and Prednsione.
