Mesenteric Lymph nodes are those that supply the intestinal tract. They are
usualy reactive and enlarged when there is something more significant
occurring in the abdomen (ie the adreanl mass), but it can be from
infection, inflammation, or cancer. Need to wait for results for you to
know for sure. Hope this helps.
