Not true. You could give a 1-month injection at any time during the 4 months. In fact, I don't see any reason you couldn't give a 1-month and a 4-month injection at the same time. Wouldn't make much sense to do so, but it's all the same drug and you'd just be increasing the dosage size for a specific time period.
