I think the adrenal symptoms may have tagged along from inflammation or irritation of the adrenals due to their location. The adrenals are right next to the kidneys and that is where the tumors were found on surgery. Right from scratch some of those symptoms didn't mesh well with the usual adrenal symptoms. It is too bad that pathology wasn't done on that removed kidney to get a handle on what sort of growth you are dealing with.
