I wanted to start my adrenal ferret Edgar on melatonin again...I used to give him 0.5mls of the 2.5mg/mL liquid melatonin from GNC. Well, GNC doesn't appear to be making the liquid form anymore. Is it okay for me to switch to the tablets? If so, what dosage should I be using? I thought I would purchase the 3mg tabs and give him a half a tab once daily...does this sound correct to anyone? Thanks!
