My little boy Chewy has a problem with stinky ears (it smells like skunk spray). There aren't any black specs (mite poop) but there is an abundance of ear wax. (A lot more than his sister produces). The vet thinks their might be an ear infection but doesn't want to treat it with antibotics if there is a way to treat it externally.
I usually clean his ears with a dry or damp (with water) q tip. I know humans can use a bit of hydrogen peroxide in their ears, could i use a bit on a q-tip on the boy? Do I need to get the medicated ear cleanign swabs from marshalls?
