I use a product called Epi-Otic ear cleaner by Virbac . I have to get it
from my vet, haven't checked to see if there are other sources It is the
best I've ever used. I pour a little in a small stainless steel measuring
cup then put it in another cup with very warm water. It's not an antibiotic,
but does help prevent problems. I get a QTip dripping wet, clean all around
the inside of the ear, but not deep. Do this a couple times each ear and
enough dribbles down in the ear to loosen any wax/dirt. Mine actually seem
to enjoy this *ear scritching*.
I would think Hydrogen Peroxide would burn those wee ears.
