yes, I am going back soon.
Possible irrigation and debridement(cleaning) needed.
It almost looks like a pressure sore that I have seen on my patients who are
bedridden.
weird.
It happened after her adrenal surgery and was one of the reasons she didn't bounce
back so quickly after surgery, I think.
Now we put wet to dry dressings on them in the hospital, wet saline covered with
dry gauze.
Helps take off the old yucky stuff when you change it.
But the silvadene does that too. We put that on burns in the hospital too.
I though about a dressing, but how to keep it on??
Will ask my vet in a.m.
