I don't know exactly what all she ruled out. I did tell her about the possibility of tooth root prob. like you suggested. She did labs and xray's. All were fine. She said she could see cloudy area which was a cataract and I recall that the specific area (near the under portion of the eye) that is puffy was seeming like the eye itself was having problems. She showed me what the bulging eye looks like for lymphoma and it definatley was a much larger dilema than what mine looks like. I guess, to answer your question, she must have ruled out the absess. She prescribed gentemycin drops, has her on pediapred. I was also told about Azopt. I'd like to find out more about that to see if that is what she's considering prescribing for glaucoma. I also left a message to see where the ophthalmologist is locally that I will most likely have to take her to. Thanks for all the help.
