No, a culture hasn't been done but wouldn't Clavamox (4 weeks) or Baytril (2 weeks) take care of a sinus infection? No humans (nor other ferrets) here have had any sinus infections or upper respiratory problems in the last few months.
My vet doesn't have the tiny equipment needed to get inside the sinus. That's why he did a nasal flush instead.
