I dont know about lysol, but what I use and I know it is safe is, I take and
empty spray bottle (make sure you wash out what ever was in it before) I add
about a fourth of the bottle of vinegar, then water and little bit of dish
soap to clean the cage and the liter pans, it helps with the smell and wont
hurt the fuzzy. You should always make sure it is dry though before they get in
it.
