When I had to give Flagyl (also frothing-at-the-mouth nasty stuff) to
my last girl who had ulcers, I kept mixing it into larger and larger
amounts of soft food, until she finally ate it without noticing the
medication.

If you're not comfortable giving injections, try giving her a "full
meal" sized amount of chicken gravy, or whatever soft food she likes
the best, with the Baytril in it... it may help to take her kibble
bowl away when you go to bed at night, and feed the soft food first
thing in the morning, so you know she'll be hungry enough to finish it
all.
