I have had some success by putting a small amount of Splenda in the Baytril solution. My fuzzie still doesn't care for the medicine, but tolerates it a lot better by taking the bitter edge off of it. I can't tell you how much I used (not very much), as I did it to my taste. I figured if I noticed a difference, so would he. I hope you find this helpful....Good luck, and I hope Ruby gets well soon....
