You may ned to do a rinse after the shampoo and sometimes use less shampoo.
Especially if you have soft water you don't need as much and RINSING IS A
MUST! it helps track less but removes andy residue. I also add Odo-Ban to
the carpet shampooer and it works great. I have never had a problem with
Nature's Miracle but anything is possible.
